Bread

Homemade farmhouse loaf, whey butter

Starters

Salt & pepper fried squid, chilli sauce, pickled red onion salad
Butternut squash arancini, butternut purée, chestnut, Crofton cheese (v)
Glazed pork cheeks, buttered swede, burnt apple purée
Cartmel Valley pigeon tart, mushroom ketchup, pickled shimeji mushroom 

Mains

Roast dry age striploin of beef, roasted carrot, Yorkshire pudding
Roast pork belly, roast vegetable casserole, sweet potato purée
Roast chicken breast, pigs in blankets, pork & damson stuffing
Pan fried Skrei cod, Shetland mussel sauce, crushed ratte potato
Roast hispi cabbage, spiced rice, oat crumb, pickled mushroom (v)

(all served with beef dripping roast potatoes and seasonal vegetables)

Desserts

Dark chocolate ganache tart, clotted cream ice cream, butterscotch
Lemon panna cotta, passionfruit sorbet, lemon syrup, biscuit crumb
Gingerbread cake, pecan brittle, cinnamon frosting, raisin purée
Selection of three cheeses, homemade crackers, fruit chutney
